Shipping Policy

Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-5 business days depending on the complexity of packaging for each product being sold. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking: You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes: Will the Artist is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages: At Will the Artist, we ensure each piece is packaged with the utmost care to reach you in perfect condition. However, in the unlikely event that your artwork arrives damaged, please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. Provide us with photographs of the damage for verification. This helps us to address and resolve the issue swiftly.

Please report any damages within 24 hours of receiving your order by contacting hello@willtheartist.co.uk While original artwork cannot be replaced, we are committed to addressing these concerns on a case-by-case basis to reach a fair resolution. 

International Shipping Policy: We currently ship outside the United Kingdom on a case-by-case basis. Please inquire about international shipping options and costs.
